Stephen Angel to Lead GE Verona Board of Administrators






GE has introduced the board of administrators for GE Vernova, the deliberate unbiased public firm that shall be created following its spin-off from GE.

Headquartered in Cabridge, Mass., GE Vernova is a deliberate, purpose-built world power firm with a said mission of delivering carbon-free power by means of its energy, wind and electrification segments.

In reference to the spin-off, GE intends to nominate the next administrators to GE Vernova’s board:

  • Stephen Angel, former CEO of Linde plc, to function non-executive chairman
  • Scott Strazik, CEO of GE Vernova
  • Nicholas Akins, former chairman and CEO of AEP
  • Arnold Donald, former president and CEO, Carnival
  • Matthew Harris, founding accomplice of International Infrastructure Companions
  • Jesus Malave, CFO, Lockheed Martin
  • Paula Rosput Reynolds, CEO, PreferWest and former CEO of Safeco and AGL Assets
  • Kim Rucker, former basic counsel at Andeavor and Kraft Meals Group
  • Jessica Uhl, former CFO, Shell
