GE has introduced the board of administrators for GE Vernova, the deliberate unbiased public firm that shall be created following its spin-off from GE.
Headquartered in Cabridge, Mass., GE Vernova is a deliberate, purpose-built world power firm with a said mission of delivering carbon-free power by means of its energy, wind and electrification segments.
In reference to the spin-off, GE intends to nominate the next administrators to GE Vernova’s board:
- Stephen Angel, former CEO of Linde plc, to function non-executive chairman
- Scott Strazik, CEO of GE Vernova
- Nicholas Akins, former chairman and CEO of AEP
- Arnold Donald, former president and CEO, Carnival
- Matthew Harris, founding accomplice of International Infrastructure Companions
- Jesus Malave, CFO, Lockheed Martin
- Paula Rosput Reynolds, CEO, PreferWest and former CEO of Safeco and AGL Assets
- Kim Rucker, former basic counsel at Andeavor and Kraft Meals Group
- Jessica Uhl, former CFO, Shell
