30% Of Cities In The US With Shared Micromobility Choices Had Each Bikeshare & Scootershare in 2022

In 2022, 401 cities in North America (363 within the U.S.) had micromobility choices. 30% of all cities with micromobility techniques provided each scootershare and bikeshare, whereas 36% provided scootershare solely and 34% provided solely bikeshare. Whereas all scootershare techniques are absolutely electrical, bikeshare techniques encompass each e-bikes and pedal bikes, with e-bikes accounting for 55% of the full.

Be aware: Shared micromobility techniques permit short-term entry to bikes and scooters on an as-needed foundation. Doesn’t embrace private bikes and scooters.
