Dicosimo To Chair Larger Houston Port Bureau



The Larger Houston Port Bureau Board of Administrators introduced Vincent DiCosimo, vp of presidency affairs at Targa Assets, will assume the place of the chairman of the board on January 1, 2024. DiCosimo has served as first vice chairman on the Port Bureau’s board for the final three years.
