Mark Drakeford continues to be barred from dozens of pubs in Wales, with the chairman of a pub watch scheme saying he won’t ever be welcome. In December 2020, Mr Drakeford was barred from each pub on the pub watch scheme as a result of landlords felt his Covid restrictions had been too excessive, together with the ban on alcohol gross sales in hospitality settings in addition to the 6pm curfew because the prevalence of the virus grew as Christmas obtained nearer.
This week, Mr Drakeford introduced he’ll quickly stand down as First Minister of Wales, with the method for his successor already underway.
