Deriva Power Commences Business Operation at Pike Photo voltaic






Deriva Power has commenced industrial operation at Pike Photo voltaic in El Paso County, Colo., which is ready to offer power to Colorado Springs Utilities by a 17-year PPA.

Pike Photo voltaic, situated on 1,310 acres south of Colorado Springs, has a 175 MW capability and is the primary photo voltaic plant below industrial operation below the brand new Deriva banner. 

“We’re grateful for the help of the local people, state stakeholders, and our devoted staff for bringing this photo voltaic plant to completion,” says Chris Fallon, Deriva Power president. “This can be a important step nearer to reaching Colorado Springs Utilities’ sustainable power objectives and stay up for powering properties and companies with new, clear electrical energy.”

JUWI accomplished the event, engineering and development of the venture and can present operation and upkeep providers for Pike Photo voltaic. Deriva Power will personal the plant and share operations and upkeep tasks with JUWI.
