The Michigan Public Service Fee (MPSC) has authorised the plan by Indiana Michigan Energy (I&M) to construct its largest photo voltaic farm so far.
I&M will personal and function the Lake Trout photo voltaic plant close to Montpelier, Ind., which will likely be linked to the facility grid serving each Michigan and Indiana. The corporate says it expects the challenge to generate energy by 2026.
I&M has contracted with EDF Renewables to assemble Lake Trout. The businesses have been working with Blackford County officers to accommodate the plant.
