Schroders Greencoat has acquired the UK’s largest photo voltaic portfolio from Toucan Vitality.
The £700 million transaction includes 53 operational photo voltaic farms throughout England, Wales and Northern Eire, with a mixed capability of 513.5MW.
Predominantly acquired by Schroders Greencoat-managed funds, together with Greencoat Photo voltaic II LP and Greencoat Renewable Revenue LP, a considerable portion can also be secured by six native authorities pension schemes.
