Practically 4% of small companies measure carbon emissions

Practically 4% of surveyed small and medium-sized enterprise (SMB) leaders can present information on their firms’ direct and oblique emissions (scope 1-3).

That’s based on new analysis sponsored by EY and performed by YPO, which reveals a “vital” hole in environmental measurement practices amongst SMB leaders.

Moreover, virtually 5% of small companies measure their companies‘ renewable vitality use, based on the survey.

The research highlights potential useful resource and understanding challenges amongst SMBs, with lower than a 3rd having social and environmental committees on their boards and solely 27% having a full time sustainability management place.
