Ray Powell is the Founder and Director of SeaLight, a maritime transparency challenge of the Gordian Knot Heart for Nationwide Safety Innovation at Stanford College, California. Powell served 35 years within the U.S. Air Power, together with posts within the Philippines, Japan, Germany, and Qatar, in addition to fight excursions in Iraq and Afghanistan. He served because the U.S. Air Attaché to Vietnam and the U.S. Protection Attaché to Australia.
