Massachusetts’ Winery Wind 1 offshore wind challenge has delivered energy from 5 GE Haliade-X generators to the onshore grid, marking a serious milestone for the deliberate 806 MW growth.
Now producing 68 MW, the challenge – which is positioned 14 miles off the coast of Martha’s Winery – will finally present electrical energy to greater than 400,000 properties and companies.
