Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind, a three way partnership by Corio Era, TotalEnergies and Gulf Power Developments, has submitted a Growth Consent Order (DCO) to the Planning Inspectorate of England for a 1.5 GW wind farm to be constructed 33 miles off the Lincolnshire coast.
