CPA Board Approves Photo voltaic, BESS Cope with BHE Renewables

The Clear Energy Alliance (CPA) board of administrators has permitted two 20-year PPAs with BHE Renewables for photo voltaic + storage initiatives co-located at BHE Renewables’ Photo voltaic Star 3 and Photo voltaic Star 4 services in Kern County, Calif.

CPA is slated to start receiving power from Photo voltaic Star 3 and Photo voltaic Star 4 subsequent 12 months. Every mission is projected to offer 24 MW of solar energy era and 23 MW of four-hour battery power storage.

“We’re in a vital second in California’s transition to wash power, the place we should guarantee energy reliability as we work to create a greener future,” says Ted Bardacke, Clear Energy Alliance CEO.

“The growth of photo voltaic and storage collectively will increase power resilience for our area and our thousands and thousands of shoppers.”

That is the primary time CPA has contracted with BHE Renewables.
