First Photo voltaic Commissions Ohio Photo voltaic R&D Heart






First Photo voltaic has commissioned a brand new R&D innovation heart in Lake Township, Ohio, which it says is the biggest facility of its form within the Western Hemisphere. 

The Jim Nolan Heart for Photo voltaic Innovation covers 1.3 million sq. ft and features a pilot manufacturing line permitting for the manufacturing of prototypes of skinny movie and tandem PV modules. 

Previous to commissioning the middle, First Photo voltaic utilized a producing line at its Perrysburg facility for its late-stage product improvement efforts.
