CS Power, Luminace Full New Jersey Landfill Group Photo voltaic Tasks






CS Power and Luminace have accomplished two 5 MW landfill group photo voltaic initiatives situated in Berkeley, N.J. 

These co-located initiatives are among the many first ever initiatives to concurrently shut a landfill and construct a photo voltaic system atop the landfill, says the collaboration. 

In 2020, CS Power and Berkeley Township entered a public-private partnership to shut the landfill. CS Power spent practically two years finishing related research and allowing work required to each shut the landfill and construct a group photo voltaic system atop it.

Together with these initiatives, CS Power says it has now accomplished 230 MW of landfill photo voltaic initiatives within the U.S.
