Monetary shut reached on Jeonnam 1 offshore wind mission in Korea

Jeonnam I – a 99-MW offshore wind farm off the coast of Shinan County, Jeonnam Province within the southwest of Korea – has reached monetary shut and building completion of the wind farm is anticipated by the top of 2024

Jeonnam I is a three way partnership between SK E&S, one of many largest conglomerates in South Korea, and Copenhagen Infrastructure Companions (“CIP”) by means of its fund Copenhagen Infrastructure III (“CI III”).

Jeonnam Offshore Wind Energy was based in 2020 as a 51-49 three way partnership between SK E&S and Copenhagen Infrastructure Companions (CIP) and the mission is anticipated to develop into the primary Korean business scale offshore wind farm to enter operation in 2024.
