ABS is working with main OSV operator Edison Chouest Offshore (ECO) on its decarbonization journey by offering greenhouse fuel stock and sustainability reporting providers.
ABS specialists have been working with the ECO crew since 2022 offering a niche evaluation for the ECO Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report utilizing the International Reporting Initiative (GRI) Framework.
This led to a full sustainability reporting challenge in 2023, the place ABS equipped technical steering on the GRI Framework, a complete materiality evaluation, report writing and graphic design. GRI was based in Boston, Mass., in 1997. Its roots lie within the non-profit organizations CERES and the Tellus Institute, with involvement of the UN Surroundings Program.
