Altus Energy has closed on its acquisition of Challenge Hyperion, primarily positioned within the Carolinas and comprised of 121 MW in photo voltaic belongings.
Hyperion was acquired from funds suggested by Basalt Infrastructure Companions and Soltage. The transaction expands Altus’ Southeast presence and introduces new authorities and municipal entities into the Altus portfolio.
