Copenhagen Infrastructure Companions (CIP) has begun development on Buffalo Plains, a 495 MW wind farm consisting of 83 Siemens Gamesa generators, situated in Vulcan County, Alberta.
On behalf of its Copenhagen Infrastructure IV fund, CIP acquired Buffalo Plains in 2022 from ABO Wind. The challenge will produce sufficient vitality to energy greater than 240,000 Alberta houses, says the corporate.
