Connecticut Wind Collaborative Launches, to Concentrate on Regional Offshore Tasks 


The Connecticut Wind Collaborative, whose creation was first introduced final October, has launched with the formation of an preliminary Board of Administrators.

The collaborative is a part of the state’s offshore strategic roadmap, which requires the nonprofit to work collaboratively with assorted events and stakeholders with the purpose of advancing the regional provide chain, in addition to along with neighboring states.

Seed funding for the Wind Collaborative consists of $577,500 from Ørsted and Eversource, as a part of the businesses’ provide chain and workforce growth commitments tied to the joint Revolution Wind challenge.
