Dawn Mountain Companions has expanded its strategic co-development partnership with CleanCapital, accelerating the events’ funding into growth of community-based photo voltaic farms.
The joint effort has to this point resulted in 35 tasks throughout three states. Dawn Mountain Companions contributes experience in siting, growth and allowing, whereas CleanCapital offers capital and market data, together with major accountability for building, financing and long-term operations.

Verdonck Companions suggested Dawn Mountain on the transaction, with Pierce Atwood serving as authorized counsel. CleanCapital engaged Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe as purchaser’s counsel for the transaction.
