Beginning Tuesday, August 1, 89 Avenue between 78a Road and 81a Road can be closed as contracted crews start development on the primary section of the 89 Avenue venture. This venture will see underground utilities changed, street reconstruction, sidewalks and streetlighting put in alongside 89 Avenue between 78a Road and 86 Road over a number of phases.
