Germany’s Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Instruments and Forming Know-how (Fraunhoer IWU) has developed a brand new on-line device to calculate the dimensions of rooftop photo voltaic arrays, warmth pumps and batteries.

Fraunhofer IWU has launched an on-line device for the sizing of rooftop PV arrays.

The Automated Renewable hOmepower Community (ARON) on-line platform evaluates the best dimension of PV programs. It considers location, roof pitch, energy consumption profiles, and photo voltaic module specs. It may also be used for warmth pumps and battery storage.
