From the Trump-Harris Debate – 2GreenEnergy.com

I assumed I’d take this extraordinarily highly effective meme based mostly on the current Trump-Harris debate and make a borderline pedantic remark about grammar.

Every of those statements, if phrased appropriately, can be within the type of what’s known as a “predicate nominative.”  For instance, “She is stronger than he.”  That’s as a result of the verb “to be” (on this case “is”) by no means takes an object.

Now, does this sound stilted, as if it’s coming from a 75-year-old English trainer?  Sure, which is why I strive to not use this development, and as an alternative write, “She is stronger than he’s.”

In any case, and way more importantly, every part the writer right here is asserting about Harris is right.
