Industrial Operations Launch at Ishikari Bay New Port Offshore Farm






JERA and Inexperienced Energy Funding Company have begun operations on the Ishikari Bay New Port Offshore Wind Farm in Japan, collectively owned by way of Inexperienced Energy Ishikari GK.

Situated in Hokkaido’s Ishikari Bay New Port, the challenge has 14 put in wind generators manufactured by Siemens Gamesa Renewable Power that every have an output of 8,000 kW for a complete output of 112,000 kW. 

Onshore building was carried out by Kajima Company and offshore building by a three way partnership between Shimizu Company and Nippon Metal Engineering.
Generated electrical energy can be equipped to Hokkaido Electrical Energy Community (HEPN) after being routed by way of a challenge transformer substation with 180,000 kWh of battery storage capability after which by way of HEPN’s Nishi Sapporo Substation.
