Maxeon Photo voltaic Applied sciences has initiated a patent infringement lawsuit within the Jap District of Texas in opposition to Canadian Photo voltaic, alleging infringement of its patents regarding its Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) photo voltaic cell know-how.
