Direct Power, a unit of NRG Power Inc., has re-engaged with the Western Pennsylvania Power Consortium (WPEC), led by the Metropolis of Pittsburgh and its companion organizations, to buy renewable power credit derived from the Scioto Ridge undertaking, an Ohio wind facility owned and operated by RWE

Direct Power has labored with WPEC and the Metropolis of Pittsburgh – in collaboration with Enel North America – since 2016.
