NOVA Infrastructure has accomplished its buy of UGE Worldwide, a group photo voltaic and battery storage enterprise.
UGE is a photo voltaic operator and developer of rooftop and floor mount industrial, industrial and group photo voltaic power options. It develops, builds, funds, owns and operates photo voltaic and battery storage initiatives in New York, New Jersey, Maine, California, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Maryland, Virginia and Massachusetts.
The corporate at the moment has a portfolio of 12 working and 81 superior backlog initiatives in 11 states.
