Octopus Power Group has finalised the acquisition of Shell Power Retail within the UK and Germany, marking the start of the transition for 1.3 million dwelling vitality prospects.
The transfer, set to conclude by mid-2024, will develop Octopus’s buyer base considerably.
Octopus’ buyer base will attain 6.6 million households within the UK, encompassing greater than 11 million meter factors.
