Scout Clear Power has closed on a back-leverage financing transaction for the corporate’s 130 MW Bitter Ridge Wind Farm in Jay County, Ind., which has been in operation since 2020.
“We’re happy to proceed to leverage progressive long-term financing constructions in our operational portfolio,” says John Clapp, Scout Clear Power’s CFO. “This financing is the primary of many that may additional strengthen the construct out of our spectacular growth pipeline.”
The venture’s extra tax incentive settlement in place with Jay County, resulted in $1.56 million in financial growth funds by Bitter Ridge.
