Dr. Prakash Gopal joins this system to debate his dissertation matter, littoral safety. Dr Prakash Gopal is a former Indian naval officer with over 20 years of expertise in maritime safety operations, coverage and technique. He was a Analysis Fellow on the Nationwide Maritime Basis, India from 2016-18. In 2018 Prakash took up a PhD place on the Australian Nationwide Centre for Ocean Sources and Safety, College of Wollongong. He accomplished his PhD in April 2023.
