Commodore Venugopal Vengalil joins this system to debate China’s maritime pursuits within the Indian Ocean.
Commodore Vengalil graduated from Nationwide Protection Academy and was commissioned into Indian Navy in 1979. He’s a specialist in Anti-Submarine Warfare and Mine Countermeasures. Amongst numerous assignments, he was the Naval Officer in Cost, Mumbai, previous to his retirement in 2007. Submit retirement he labored as the top of delivery operations for a logistics firm in Oman for 5 years and was absolutely concerned in overseeing naval ships on anti-piracy patrol.
He’s an alumnus of Protection Providers Employees School Wellington, School of Naval Warfare, Mumbai, and Asia Pacific Centre for Safety Research, Honolulu, U.S. He writes in numerous boards on Maritime safety points. He’s a distinguished member of Chennai Centre for China Research.
