TotalEnergies has signed a brand new settlement with European Power to develop future offshore tasks in Denmark, Finland and Sweden, along with the prevailing 405 MW already being developed in Denmark.
The settlement consists of TotalEnergies’ acquisition of a 85% fairness stake within the Jammerland Bugt offshore wind challenge, with a 240 MW capability, and a 72.2% fairness stake within the Lillebaelt South nearshore wind challenge, at 165 MW.
Each tasks are included within the 9 open-door tasks confirmed by the Danish Power Company in December. The electrical energy generated by these websites will probably be offered straight on the electrical energy wholesale market or by means of company PPAs.
The collaboration additionally intends to develop offshore tasks in Sweden and Finland, and to bid for the upcoming Denmark offshore tenders.
