TransAlta Corp., one in all Canada’s largest producers of wind energy, and TransAlta Renewables Inc. have accomplished the acquisition of RNW.
RNW will turn into an entirely owned subsidiary of TransAlta. TransAlta has appointed two of its staff to serve on RNW’s board of administrators.
