The ROV Hercules, operated by the E/V Nautilus, a analysis vessel owned by the nonprofit Ocean Exploration Belief, has captured video of a uncommon dumbo octopus at a depth of over 1,600 meters deep. The analysis vessel was exploring the Woollard Seamount within the Papahānaumokuākea Marine Nationwide Monument within the North Pacific.
