Greenskies builds 7-project photo voltaic portfolio on New Jersey faculty district

Piscataway Township Colleges partnered with Greenskies Clear Focus, a renewable power options supplier, to put in a 1.67-MW rooftop photo voltaic portfolio in New Jersey. Greenskies put in over 3,700 photo voltaic photovoltaic (PV) panels at seven colleges and the District Administration Constructing.

Greenskies funded the tasks at no upfront value to Piscataway Township Colleges by way of a 15-year solar energy buy settlement (PPA). This settlement lets the district buy the electrical energy generated at a fixed-rate and outsource operation and upkeep prices to Greenskies for the time period.
