ORIX Company (ORIX) has introduced the beginning of business operations of the Minami-Kayabe Geothermal Energy Plant within the Minami-Kayabe area of Hakodate Metropolis in Hokkaido, Japan. With a capability of 6.5 MW, it’s now the most important binary cycle geothermal energy plant in Japan.
The beginning of building of the Minami-Kayabe Geothermal Energy Plant was introduced again in 2019, with an preliminary goal of completion by 2022.
