SolaREIT has closed $13 million in actual property financing for a portfolio of NineDot Vitality’s New York Metropolis area-based BESS tasks.
That is SolaREIT’s first standalone BESS deal for the reason that firm introduced the enlargement of its actual property financing options to storage builders.
